All in one solution
Cinthia G. – R. C. Stevens Construction Company
What do you like best?
Accounting, estimating and operations is all done from one platform. The level of organization that creates in the company represents money being saved on employees getting things done more effectively and for a fraction of the price.
What do you dislike?
It does not have the AI to label drawings for you like other software such as Procore, AND you have to print checks to pay subs or use another method since it does not pay via direct deposit to subcontractor's accounts. This is one of the reasons why my current company does not use it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Think about the money you will save when you have all the company information and processed in one place? It's a worthwhile investment. I've used Procore, and Sage 300 CRE and can attest to this software being better than the other two I mentioned.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Extreme organization, effective workflows, all information in one place. They nailed it! It was developed by both a CFO and a construction project manager.
Simple & User Friendly
Juan V. – JM Installations, LLC
What do you like best?
We are sent a red team link from our GCs when being requested to bid their project. I love that upon opening the given link, it goes immediately to the bid invite information and downloadable material. There's no searching or confusion.
What do you dislike?
This dislike is only because I am being super picky. I feel that the set-up is a bit amateurish in comparison to a site like ProCore.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If your business is just starting out, I would definitely recommend RedTeam for its user friendly features.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Not really problems, but RedTeam helps streamline the bidding process. From the downloading of drawings to summating a quote, RedTeam has this ability.
A great construction management platform

What do you dislike?
Navigating through certain tasks within the application could be a bit cumbersome.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Keeping the entire team informed and updated with current and upcoming tasks related to each of our projects through the cloud based software has helped us a lot.
